The Company reserves the complete right to evaluate, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any user account, at any time, without justification, especially in instances where submitted information appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with business norms. Users bear sole responsibility for any actions performed under their account credentials and must maintain confidentiality of login details at all times.

2. Website Usage & Restrictions

The Divera International platform is intended exclusively for lawful use. Users agree not to misuse, exploit, manipulate, modify, or reverse-engineer any feature, functionality, or code associated with the website. Activities such as deploying automated scripts, data-mining tools, bots, crawlers, harmful code, malware, or attempts to breach security barriers, interfere with performance, extract private data, or replicate proprietary structures are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban and legal action. 4. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms

2. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Divera International cannot be held responsible for misrouted shipments caused by user error.


SECTION 5 – B2B RESELLER AGREEMENT

1. Eligibility & Mandatory Compliance

Businesses intending to resell Divera International products must undergo a structured verification process that includes submission of business documents, GST registration, identity proof, and in some cases, physical store proof or social media presence validation. Resellers agree to maintain consistent brand representation, follow pricing guidelines, and abstain from using misleading marketing tactics.

2. Marketplace Selling Restrictions

Resellers are strictly prohibited from listing Divera International products on large e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, or similar marketplaces) without obtaining formal written approval. Unauthorized listings, brand dilution attempts, repackaging, or false claims will result in immediate termination of reseller rights, legal notice, and blacklisting.

3. Responsibilities of Resellers

Resellers must ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation of resin products, as chemicals may react adversely to heat, sunlight, humidity, or contamination. Divera International is not responsible for damages arising from poor handling practices by resellers or their distributors.
